Campbell's Stoves has Factory Trained Service Technicians on staff to provide service and installation for your new appliance. Hearth and Home Technologies strongly recommends the appliance be installed and serviced by an authorized dealer. Installation must be done in strict accordance with local or national building codes, and the appliance manual.

1. All special orders must be paid in full before order will be placed and are not refundable after 30 days
2. All returns are subject to inspection
3. No returns after 30 days
4. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
5. All returns must be accompanied by original receipt
6. Refunds on large orders will be mailed to you within 30 days
7. All deposits are non-refundable
8. NO SERVICE/WARRANTY will be provided to anyone with a past due balance
